Photos
|
Photos may be sent to us either:
- By uploading digital images directly from your own computer onto our web site.
- By e-mail (as a .jpg attachment).
- By sending original photographs to us by post for scanning.
- By asking us to download photos from your own personal web site.
Please ensure that photos are as sharp and as colourful as possible. We recommend a minimum of four photos, two external photos and two internal photos to give a good impression of your property. If you are unsure about how to send your photos email or call us and we will be happy to resize them for you.

How to Register

In order to be able to submit your property, you must register your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. You will be able to choose a username and password and this will be confirmed to you by e-mail. Once registered, you will be able to access your personal area at any time for submitting new properties and updating your advertisement or availability calendar.

Availability Calendar

Our simple to use availability calendar which is featured on all advertisements quickly shows prospective clients what is available so it is important to keep your calendar up to date. As an additional bonus, we offer a full availability search so clients can search and be presented with a selection of available properties to suit their required dates.
Access to your calendar is 24/7 and you can login from anywhere with an internet connection.
If your booking is, say, from Saturday to Saturday, select the dates to show booked from Saturday to Friday - thus leaving the second Saturday showing as available for the next week's booking.

Updating your Advertisement
|

We encourage advertisers to update their advert on a regular basis as this will help with optimising your property page for the search engines. Search engines love fresh content. You are free to login to your personal section and update your advertisement as often as you wish. If you want to add more or change photographs after the initial upload then there will be an administrative charge of £5 per photo or £10 if you are adding up to 4 more photographs |

Special Offers/Featured Properties

If you would like to offer a price reduction to fill late available dates or cancellations, you can do this at any time. A single line of text describing your price reduction will be displayed with your property listing.
If you would like your property listing on our Homepage or our Featured Property Page this is available at an additional £49 per month. Every time the Homepage is called 2 properties from the Featured Property Section will be randomly displayed. There will also be featured properties on each page on the website to maximise your exposure.
